Windows Server 2008

The Windows Message Queuing component must be manually installed on the machine(s) hosting the Workflow Server and Workflow Subscriber services.

To install this component

  1. Click Start and select Server Manager.
  2. In the ClosedServer Manager dialog box, select Features in the left pane, and click Add Features in the right pane.

  3. In the ClosedAdd Features Wizard, expand Message Queuing, then Message Queuing Services.

  4. Select Message Queuing Server.

    5. Note: The minimum feature required for Microsoft Message Queuing on Windows Server 2008 is Message Queuing Server.

  5. Click Next, then Install.
